Ticoglossum oerstedii

I planted it in fir bark and seems to be growing well

I received a 3-pseudobulb, flowering size plant with healthy roots.

After one month the plant is dying. Received with all roots roted but i had hope when i saw it has x5 pseudo-bulbs so i thought it will be able to make new growth. But not, all the pseudobulb are now wrinkled and the orchid wont make it.
