Delivery Conditions

6.1 The delivery conditions, the delivery date and any existing supply restrictions can be found by clicking on the corresponding button on our website or in the corresponding quotation.

6.2 If you are a consumer, the following is regulated by law: the risk of the sold item being accidentally destroyed or degraded during shipping is only transferred to you when the item in question is delivered, regardless of whether the shipping operation is insured or not. This condition does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company that has not been specified by us or by a person designated to execute the shipping operation.  

6.3 Ecuagenera or its agent will deliver the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. When the products are not available, Ecuagenera will notify you as soon as possible. Ecuagenera will presume that any person at the delivery address who receives the goods is authorized to receive them.  

If you are a business customer, delivery and shipping operations are carried out at your own risk.

7. Liability:

Any liability of Ecuagenera in relation to the goods or services provided to you will be subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, At Ecuagenera's choice will be limited to: in relation to the goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and in relation to services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of re-supplying the services.
