At Ecuagenera, we take great care in selecting and preparing every plant before it leaves our greenhouse. Because we work with living organisms, we are unable to offer monetary refunds — but we are fully committed to making sure you are satisfied with your experience.

If something doesn't arrive as expected:

Please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate your case and find the best solution for you.

We offer:

  • 🌿 Replacement — included in the next scheduled shipment to your region
  • 🌿 Store credit — to use toward a future order

How to contact us: Send an email to sales@ecuagenera.com with your order number, photos of the plant and packaging, and a brief description of the condition upon arrival.
