Pleurothallis sclerophylla

A floriferous epiphyte from the cloud forests of tropical America, producing long, erect spikes densely packed with dozens of tiny star-shaped flowers in translucent yellow-green. Each bloom bears a small but distinctive dark spot at the base, adding a subtle detail to an already striking architectural inflorescence.

• Temperature: 54–75°F (12–24°C); a Warm to Intermediate grower. Adaptable across a range of conditions.
• Humidity: 70–90%; maintain consistently high humidity with good air movement.

Additional Notes

Well suited to mounted culture on cork or tree fern, or in a small pot with free-draining bark mix. The rigid, leathery leaves tolerate slightly drier conditions than many pleurothallids. Plants are shipped bare root and well-established.
