Miltoniopsis White Truffle

A hybrid of Mps. Keiko Komoda × Mps. Martin Orenstein, two warm-tolerant Miltoniopsis with broad, flat pansy-shaped blooms and a strong, sweet fragrance. Foliage is soft, strap-like, and pale green, forming compact fans typical of the genus.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which scorches the delicate leaves.
• Temperature: 55–72°F (13–22°C); an intermediate to cool grower that appreciates a slight nighttime drop to initiate blooming.
• Humidity: 60–80%; high humidity promotes lush foliage and supports bud development.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the top layer of mix to approach dryness before watering again; never let roots sit in standing water or dry out completely.

Additional Notes

Plants are grown in a well-draining fine bark and perlite mix and shipped bare root, well established at approximately 20 cm. Acclimate upon arrival by potting promptly in a moisture-retentive but airy medium and water thoroughly to rehydrate the roots.
