A distinguished hybrid from the cross between Max. platypetala and Max. huebschii, featuring attractive flowers with vibrant coloration and elegant form. The robust growth habit and adaptable nature make it an excellent choice for growers seeking a reliable bloomer that tolerates a range of growing conditions.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 40-60% shade cloth; can tolerate brief periods of morning sun.
  • Temperature: Intermediate grower. Daytime 65-80°F (18-27°C), nighttime 55-65°F (13-18°C). Adaptable to a range of temperatures with a 10-15°F day-night differential encouraging flowering.
  • Humidity: 50-70% with good air circulation; less demanding than many orchids, making it suitable for home growing.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly when medium approaches dryness; mounted plants need watering every 1-2 days, potted specimens every 3-5 days depending on conditions.
