This hybrid combines Masd. Susy de Bermeo with Masd. rex, producing vibrant flowers with rich coloration and the compact growth habit characteristic of cool-growing Masdevallia species.

  • Light: Bright indirect light to partial shade; avoid direct sunlight. East-facing windows or shaded greenhouse conditions are ideal.
  • Temperature: Daytime 59-72Β°F (15-22Β°C), nighttime 50-59Β°F (10-15Β°C).
  • Humidity: 70-85% with excellent air circulation.
  • Watering: Keep media consistently moist. Water frequently during active growth, reducing slightly in cooler months without allowing complete drying.

Additional Notes

Named in honor of Anahi Carchi from the Ecuagenera Sales team, this hybrid combines the qualities of both patents. Best grown mounted or in small pots with fine bark mix or sphagnum moss.
