disappointing

Ive ordered from ecquagenera a lot over the last few years. Historically havent had many issues with their plants, however my last order of orchids, half were in poor shape, and the other half looked ok. I emailed pictures upon arrival of the plants that didnt seem like they would recover- did not hear anything back from them. Unfortunately, all but ONE plant from my order died. Seriously disappointed.
