This distinctive epiphytic orchid from Papua New Guinea is celebrated for its elegant upright inflorescences and charming flowers that display delicate combinations of white, cream, and soft pink tones with intricate purple-pink veining on the lip.

  • Light: Requires bright, indirect light with some direct morning sun. Thrives under intermediate to bright light conditions.
  • Temperature: Prefers intermediate to warm conditions with daytime temperatures of 21-29Β°C (70-85Β°F) and nighttime drops to 15-18Β°C (59-64Β°F).
  • Humidity: Maintains best health with humidity levels of 60-80%. Ensure good air circulation around the plant.
  • Watering: Keep consistently moist during active growth with frequent watering. Reduce watering during winter rest period when pseudobulbs mature.

Additional Notes

The erect flower spikes produce multiple blooms that create an elegant display. This species appreciates a distinct dry rest period after growth matures to encourage blooming. Best grown in well-draining media with good air circulation around the roots.
