A stunning terrestrial bromeliad known for its striking star-shaped rosette and beautifully patterned foliage. This compact species features attractive leaves with intricate markings and coloration, making it an exceptional choice for terrariums, vivariums, or as a unique houseplant for collectors of rare tropical species.

  • Light: Moderate to bright indirect light, equivalent to 50-70% shade. Avoid direct sun which can fade the leaf patterns and scorch foliage.
  • Temperature: Intermediate to warm conditions with daytime 70-80°F (21-27°C), nighttime 60-70°F (16-21°C). Tolerates a range of temperatures typical of indoor environments.
  • Humidity: 50-70% with good air circulation. Adapts to moderate humidity levels, though higher humidity enhances foliage coloration and growth.
