Columnea tessmannii

When I took it out of the bag, all the leaves had fallen off. I emailed support, but they haven't given me any specific details about the replacement. I've emailed them multiple times, but I haven't received a reply. Now they've stopped responding altogether, and I'm in a very difficult situation. Please reply.

Arrived several monthes ago slightly dehydrated. After an initial loss of a few leaves, it started to grow vigorously again. It's now twice as big with 2 offshoot growth. New leaves kept the beautiful colors. Temp vary between 26∞C and 20∞C.
