InformaciΓ³n

Cattleya intermedia 'Aquimi' x f. alba

An exceptional and highly unique cross combining the select 'Aquimi' clone with a pristine white alba form of this classic South American species. This vigorous sympodial orchid features slender, cylindrical pseudobulbs that produce short terminal inflorescences bearing elegant, highly textured flowers that add outstanding value to any collection.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; protect the foliage from harsh, direct midday sun.
  • Temperature: 65–85Β°F (18–29Β°C); an intermediate to warm grower that thrives in stable conditions.
  • Humidity: 60–80%; high ambient humidity supports robust pseudobulb growth and healthy development.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the medium to approach dryness between waterings, ensuring excellent drainage.

Additional Notes

This small to medium-sized plant produces beautifully proportioned, mid-sized blossoms and ships bare root, needing intermediate-temperature rehydration before being potted into a loose, well-draining orchid mix upon arrival.
