A cheerful nobile-type Dendrobium hybrid from the cross between Den. Fukujyu and Den. Yuubae, producing an abundance of well-rounded, long-lasting flowers along mature canes in a display that lives up to its name. Its warm adaptability and free-flowering nature make it an excellent choice for growers seeking reliable seasonal blooms.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light under 30–50% shade cloth; higher light levels during the growing season promote strong cane development essential for flowering.
  • Temperature: Warm grower. Daytime 70–85Β°F (21–29Β°C), nighttime lows of 60–65Β°F (15–18Β°C); a cooler, drier rest period in autumn is key to triggering the winter bloom cycle.
  • Humidity: Prefers 50–70% relative humidity; humidity trays or a humidifier work well, with good air circulation to keep canes healthy during the rest period.
  • Watering: Water freely during active growth; reduce significantly in autumn and winter to encourage blooming β€” resume normal watering once buds appear.

Additional Notes

As a nobile-type hybrid, the seasonal dry and cool rest period is non-negotiable for reliable flowering. Best grown in a well-draining medium bark mix; repot every 2–3 years just after flowering when new growth begins.
