Zygopetalum Zr10 Redvale 'Pretty Ann'

A floriferous hybrid of Z. Titanic × Z. Artur Elle, producing upright inflorescences with multiple large, waxy flowers that display broad, spreading sepals and petals with a firm, substantial texture. The prominent, fan-shaped lip is boldly veined and flared at the margins, providing a striking focal point to each flower.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; avoid direct midday sun, which can cause leaf burn on the broad, strap-like leaves.
• Temperature: 55–72°F (13–22°C); an intermediate grower that benefits from a moderate temperature drop at night to initiate and sustain flowering.
• Humidity: 60–80%; moderate to high humidity promotes strong pseudobulb development and consistent, long-lasting blooms.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the medium to approach dryness between waterings; never allow the roots to sit in standing water.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a coarse bark-based mix with good drainage, in a pot sized to the root system to avoid excess moisture retention. Shipped bare root and well established.
