Phragmipedium besseae round form 'Camila' x round form 'Gigi' belongs to the genus Phragmipedium and comes from our own propagation in Ecuador. It is a cool-to-intermediate orchid.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light. Morning sun is tolerated, but avoid hot midday sun.
  • Temperature: It prefers days of 18-26 °C (64-79 °F) and cooler nights around 12-18 °C (54-64 °F).
  • Humidity: High humidity (70-85%) with constant gentle air movement, much like its cloud-forest conditions, keeps the plant healthy and prevents fungal spots.
  • Watering: Keep constantly moist; this genus tolerates more water than most slipper orchids. Use good-quality water.
