My mother died in 1998 and I recently discovered there was a beautiful plant with her name, Patricia. Had to have this one. Ecuagenera just announced they would be here so I purchased with you guys. First time. I ordered this plant end of April however thought it would be healthier if I would set pickup at the event June 1 rather that shipping it. I get to the event and both of my plants were wilted yellow bad and the new growth even blackened. They were in a bag so likely to with enclosed moisture. I know shipping can be tricky but I would have opted for home delivery and paid extra if of known they would look like this. I reached out to sales and have been going back and forth. I don’t want a refund just a healthy plant. The show was June 1st and through many emails, I will be getting a 50% credit for the two plants I purchased, the other was a Sheronaie. I’m using this for another Patriciae but was told it can’t ship until June 28 so I paid $12 for two day I believe. It’s hot now and I don’t want it to be like the other. I tried to call but cannot so it’s email only. I really really hope this one is healthy. In the future I’ll have the plants shipped right away and special shipping to ensure it arrives healthy. There’s always a chance at damage. USPS has ran late a couple times with other plants I bought which is why I chose pickup. Hoping again for a healthy beautiful plant this time. In honor of my mom.
