Oncidium Nationhood Bossa Nova

A floriferous hybrid of Onc. Nationwide × Onc. Joe's Drum, producing long, arching spikes densely set with large, showy flowers. The broadly spreading sepals and petals have an undulate, slightly fringed margin, while the wide trilobed lip features contrasting spots and a richly ornamented central callus.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; avoid direct midday sun, which can stress the robust foliage.
• Temperature: 54–72°F (12–22°C); an intermediate to cool grower that benefits from a nighttime temperature drop to encourage spike initiation.
• Humidity: 60–80%; consistent moisture supports healthy pseudobulb development and prolific flowering.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the medium to approach dryness between waterings; never allow roots to sit in standing water.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a medium bark mix with good drainage and airflow around the roots. Plants are shipped bare root, well established, and ready to adapt quickly to their new growing environment.
