Lycaste Heuschrecke

Bought it May 22nd 2022. A big plant. A couple of leaf turned black due to the wet and hot weather during shipment. Roots looked black and scary, however, I potted it anyway. After a month and half, big white new roots were visible. It is doing well now.

...with 5 leafed bulbs. Roots were not perfekt, but the hole plant was healthy and in real god condition after its trip to Norway.

I received my Lycaste with flower buds. It travelled all the way from Ecuador to Ontario, and then from Ontario to Victoria, BC, Canada. The flowers bloomed beautifully. Very healthy plant with a new growth already.

Received a huge plant with two leafless backbulbs, two leafed bulbs and, possibly, four new growths beginning. The roots were poor but this is expected and plant should create a new root system with the onset of new growth.
