Lepanthes pastoensis Culture

Lepanthes pastoensis is an orchid species of the genus Lepanthes, grown at our nurseries in Ecuador. It grows best in cool conditions.

  • Light: Low diffused light, similar to deep forest shade.
  • Temperature: Day temperatures of 15-24 °C (59-75 °F) with cooler nights of 10-15 °C (50-59 °F) suit it best.
  • Humidity: Moderate to high humidity (50-70%) with good air circulation helps keep the foliage healthy and prevents fungal problems.
  • Watering: Keep constantly moist with high humidity; never allow the plant to dry out.

Additional notes: Grown from our own stock at Ecuagenera. Plants are shipped bare-root with a phytosanitary certificate.
