Hoya bella

A graceful trailing wax plant with slender arching stems and small coriaceous leaves, producing dense, hemispherical umbels of perfectly star-shaped waxy blooms with a prominent ornamental corona at the center of each flower. Intensely sweet-scented, especially in the evening — a sensory experience as much as a visual one.

• Light: Bright indirect light; some morning sun is beneficial. Adequate light is essential for reliable blooming — avoid deep shade.
• Temperature: 60–85°F (15–29°C) — Intermediate to Warm grower. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
• Humidity: 50–70%; tolerates average household humidity well. Higher humidity encourages more prolific blooming.
• Watering: Water thoroughly, then allow the top half of the substrate to dry before watering again. Reduce frequency in winter. Never allow to sit in standing water.

Additional Notes

Ideal for hanging baskets where the trailing stems can cascade freely. Do not remove old flower spurs — new blooms emerge from the same peduncles each season. Ships in pot, well-established and actively growing.
