This intergeneric hybrid combines the vibrant coloration of Masd. coccinea with the distinctive morphology of Drac. platycrater, creating flowers with bold hues and unique form that bloom successively when provided with cool conditions and high humidity.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50-70% shade cloth. Avoid direct sun exposure which can scorch leaves and damage flowers.
• Temperature: Cool grower. Daytime 59-72°F (15-22°C), nighttime 50-59°F (10-15°C). Requires consistent day-night temperature differential of at least 10°F (5°C) for optimal flowering.
• Humidity: 70-85% with excellent air circulation. Use humidity trays, humidifiers, or terrarium conditions to maintain moisture levels while ensuring constant gentle airflow to prevent fungal issues.
• Watering: Keep consistently moist year-round. Water mounted plants daily, potted specimens every 2-3 days. Reduce frequency slightly during cooler months but never allow to dry completely.

Additional Notes

This Primary hybrid best grown mounted on tree fern or cork bark with live sphagnum moss, though adapts to small pots with fine bark mix.
