Dendrochilum apoense

The plant was well packaged but when I opened the Styrofoam box, the inside was warm. Most of the leaves were brown and the roots appeared dead. I potted it up and lightly watered. Since then the rest of the leaves fell out and the small pseudobulbs are soft. This is the first time I've ordered from Ecuagenera and have received a dead plant but it's likely the tiny size of the plant and the intense heat we've had in the southern US was a big factor in the plant's death, I will still trust Ecuagenera again for future purchases.
