The prominent midrib runs the full length of each leaf, and the plant freely produces slender spadices — a sign of vigor and maturity in established specimens.

• Light: Bright indirect light with up to 70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which scorches the narrow leaf margins.
• Temperature: 65–82°F (18–28°C); an intermediate to warm grower that appreciates stable conditions with good air circulation.
• Humidity: 60–80%; consistent humidity supports vigorous growth and prevents tip desiccation on the long leaves.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of substrate begins to dry; never allow roots to sit in standing water or dry out completely.
