Columnea ceticeps

Well I was super disappointed that this plant (and the other 11 columnea in my order) all lost their leaves in transit. So far the plants seem viable and with some TLc they look like they will eventually bounce back. Right now, this order of 12 columnea plants are just bare stems and I’m waiting to see if there is any new growth. Contacted support and recommended they not be wrapped/shipped in plastic, but wrapped in paper (breathable) instead. No response yet. This was my 2nd orderthat this happened so I won’t be ordering more until I find out if wrapping in paper is a shipping option. Bummer bc this is my favorite place to order plants online.
