An eye-catching primary hybrid resulting from the cross between C. bicolor and C. coccinea, inheriting exceptional traits from both unique parents. This compact, robust epiphyte develops slender upright pseudobulbs that yield striking, well-proportioned blossoms with heavy substance on short, sturdy stems.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can stress the compact foliage.
  • Temperature: 59–79°F (15–26°C); an intermediate to warm grower that adapts well to stable indoor conditions.
  • Humidity: 60–80%; consistent humidity encourages vigorous growth and prolific flowering.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to approach dryness between waterings; never allow the roots to remain waterlogged.

Additional Notes

This space-saving orchid performs wonderfully when nestled into a fast-draining, coarse bark mix inside a small pot. It ships bare root, well established, and should be gently rehydrated at an intermediate temperature prior to potting upon arrival.
