A striking hybrid of Lths. pelvis × Lths. niesseniae, producing proportionally large, showy flowers directly on the leaf surface (epiphyllous inflorescences). The bloom features a broad, densely pubescent dorsal hood with prominent longitudinal venation over wide, downward-curving lateral sepals forming a deep cup, with a boldly contrasting dark labellum and outswept petals at the center.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun to preserve the iridescent, pubescent leaf surface.
• Temperature: 54–72°F (12–22°C); an intermediate grower with good adaptability to mild temperature fluctuations.
• Humidity: 78–90%; maintain consistently high humidity with good air circulation to prevent fungal issues.
• Watering: Keep roots evenly moist at all times; water regularly and avoid prolonged dry periods.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a small pot with fine sphagnum moss or mounted to display its ornamental foliage and epiphyllous blooms. Its compact habit makes it an excellent choice for a well-ventilated terrarium. Ships bare root, well-established.
