I never received the plant.
I have received acknowledgment from Ecuagenera that I provided adequate detailed information regarding the UPS damaged shipment I received in which plants were apparently dumped out of the box that came open after being damaged by UPS while in transit to my address. Only two plants of an order of 12 plants arrived. UPS came back to my home and acknowledged the box was delivered to the wrong address, was damaged when they left it at the wrong address then took the damaged box. UPS also filed a damage claim/report regarding the incident while saying I needed to do nothing other than contact the party who shipped me the box. UPS has been telling me for a week they are waiting adequate information from Ecuagenera. It has now been over a week since the incident.
