Dendrobium cuthbertsonii f. pink

The pink form of a miniature species from the cloud forests of New Guinea, producing solitary, disproportionately large flowers relative to the tiny plant size, with broad, rounded petals and sepals and a small, well-defined lip. The flowers are remarkably long-lasting, often persisting for several months on the plant, making this one of the most rewarding miniature species for collectors.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can stress the small, compact plants.
• Temperature: 50–68°F (10–20°C); a cool to intermediate grower requiring stable cool conditions and constant air movement.
• Humidity: 80–90%; high humidity is essential at all times for healthy growth and prolonged flowering.
• Watering: Keep the medium evenly moist; never allow the fine roots to dry out between waterings.

Additional Notes

Best grown in fine sphagnum moss or mounted on cork bark with constant moisture and excellent air circulation to support its compact, mat-forming root system. Shipped bare root and well established.
