Everything looked great until I unpacked it from the moss, it was packaged so tightly that all the roots were smashed and broken. When I emailed them they said “happy to see your plant arrived safely and it looks healthy” then advised me to increase humidity and said it would recover. Two weeks later, the newest leaf it arrived with hasn’t hardened off and is turning yellow. Other leaves are turning yellow also. It’s outside in 65-87% humidity. Very upset about this as I waited weeks to get this.

I chose the largest plant available and received a (healthy) seedling- the largest leaf is 18cm, when the size advertised is much larger than that. I’m glad i received a healthy plant but disappointed that I paid for a grown plant a received a seedling instead
