Rodriguezia dodsoniana

Arrived with the rest of the order right on time and with healthy appearing undamaged leaves, however on unpacking there are no living roots. I have reached out to customer service via both the chat bot and email, but have not heard anything, and now it's beyond the three days, so I fear I just won't have a dodsoniana now. I will try rehabbing, but am not confident that will work with Rodriguezias.

I'm a fan of Rodruiguezias....I purchase the Dodsonianawhichcame with a spike. Unfortunately, after a month or so it started todeteriorate. I'm upset, because they only replace a plant if you loose with 5 days...which to me is no long enough.

I had purchase several plants all were very healthy and large. Planning on purchasing more plants!

Young plant sent, not a small seedling. I was surprised by its size, as I was expecting it to be much smaller. Very healthy, which should help it bounce back from long distance shipping.

I thought it was a pretty small size plant compared to the other plants I ordered. It had only two growths and the smaller growth was detached from the main plant I guess from packing or from during the transporting.
