A floriferous miniature epiphyte native to the cloud forests of South America, forming compact clusters of small, bright green ovate leaves on cork or tree fern. Long, branching thread-like ramicauls produce an abundance of simultaneous flowers, each with connate ovate sepals forming a neat cucullate structure — a spectacular display when in full bloom.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can damage the compact foliage.
• Temperature: 52–72°F (11–22°C); an intermediate-cool grower that benefits from mild temperature drops at night and consistent air movement.
• Humidity: 75–90%; maintain high humidity with strong airflow to prevent fungal issues.
• Watering: Keep evenly moist at all times; water frequently in small amounts and never allow the roots or moss to dry out completely.

Additional Notes

Best mounted on cork or tree fern with a sphagnum moss base, which suits its compact, clustering habit. Ships bare root, well-established.
