Platystele umbellata

I purchased 3 of these small orchids and they arrived happy and healthy. They were packed very well, mounted on cork and secured inside plastic cups by a tack. This kept the leaves from getting knocked around in transit. They were only slightly thirsty on arrival. Out if 3 plants I lost a total of 2 leaves.

PS: This is not my first purchase from Ecuagenera. I can say from a past order that they are also very good at resolving issues when they do arise.

I have been wanting to buy platystele umbellata for a long time. I know it is a delicate plant, but I was relying on other comments that people received the plant in excellent condition. Unfortunately, my platystele arrived completely dead. The other plants in the order are fine.
