Описание

Описание

A miniature reed-stem epiphyte endemic to the cloud forests of Ecuador, producing dense, rounded corymbs of small, closely packed flowers on short, upright stems. The blooms feature broad, rounded sepals and petals alongside a three-lobed lip with undulate margins.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun exposure, which can scorch the compact foliage.
  • Temperature: 50–72°F (10–22°C); an intermediate-cool grower that benefits from cooler nights to encourage consistent blooming.
  • Humidity: 70–85%; ensure good air movement to prevent fungal issues at high humidity levels.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the medium to approach dryness between waterings; avoid waterlogged conditions at the roots.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix or mounted on cork. Plants are shipped bare root and well established, ready to adapt quickly to their new growing environment.
