Epidendrum Crystal Valley

A floriferous hybrid of Epi. Star Valley × Epi. radicans, producing dense, rounded corymbs crowded with medium-sized flowers featuring lanceolate spreading sepals, broad petals, and a trilobed lip with a wide, deeply fringed central lobe. The vigorous reed-stem canes and prolific bloom production make it an outstanding specimen for intermediate growing conditions.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–60% shade cloth; avoid direct midday sun, which can scorch the foliage.
• Temperature: 55–72°F (13–22°C); an intermediate grower that thrives with stable temperatures and good air movement.
• Humidity: 70–85%; consistent humidity supports vigorous cane development and prolific flowering.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the substrate to approach dryness between waterings; avoid prolonged saturation at the roots.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix. The dense, rounded inflorescences display best when the plant is grown at eye level. Ships bare root, well-established.
