Cyrtocidium Karla Yanza

A floriferous hybrid of Ctd. Doña Maquito × Onc. noezlianum, producing arching, branched inflorescences with multiple well-opened flowers featuring narrow, elongated, reflexed sepals and petals with a slightly leathery texture and a trilobed lip with a broad, rounded midlobe and a prominent callus. Its cascading, multi-branched habit and prolific simultaneous blooming make it a spectacular display plant.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can scorch the strap-like leaves.
• Temperature: 55–75°F (13–24°C); thrives as an intermediate grower with a moderate nighttime temperature drop to stimulate blooming.
• Humidity: 55–75%; moderate to high humidity with good air circulation supports healthy growth and prevents fungal issues on the branched inflorescences.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to approach dryness between waterings; avoid prolonged saturation at the roots.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix in a pot or basket. Plants are shipped bare root, well established, and ready to adapt to your growing conditions.
