Syngonium Aurea

A rare aurea form of Syngonium from the tropical forests of Central and South America, with sagittate leaves and striking sectorial variegation. Individual leaves range from solid chartreuse-yellow to deep green, with intermediate mottled patterns — each plant producing a uniquely dynamic, multi-toned display.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; adequate light intensifies the yellow sectoring, while deep shade causes reversion toward solid green.
• Temperature: 68–90°F (20–32°C); a warm grower that thrives with consistently high temperatures and no cold drafts below 60°F (15°C).
• Humidity: 60–80%; high humidity supports vigorous growth and helps maintain the characteristic variegation stability.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of substrate dries out; ensure excellent drainage and avoid letting the pot sit in standing water.

Additional Notes

Each plant is unique due to the chimeric nature of the aurea variegation — leaf patterning varies naturally between individuals and over time. Plants are grown in a well-draining substrate and shipped bare root and well-established.
