Information

Описание

Описание

A charming species from the cloud forests of South America, producing solitary flowers on short scapes from the base of the pseudobulbs. The blooms are broad and well-formed with rounded, overlapping tepals and a compact, cupped lip with a rich amber-spotted callus.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 50–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can scorch the upright, strap-like foliage.
  • Temperature: 50–72°F (10–22°C); an intermediate-cool grower that appreciates cooler nights to encourage blooming.
  • Humidity: 65–80%; consistent humidity with good air movement is essential for healthy root development.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to partially dry between waterings; avoid prolonged saturation at the root zone.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix in a small to medium pot. Shipped bare root in well-established condition, ready to settle into your collection.
