Information

Описание

Описание

A striking species from the cloud forests of Ecuador, producing multiple flowers on slender, elongated scapes that arch gracefully from the base. The blooms feature narrow, recurved tepals with a compact lip, giving the flowers a dynamic, spider-like silhouette.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 50–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can scorch the narrow leaves.
  • Temperature: 54–75°F (12–24°C); an intermediate grower that appreciates cooler nights to encourage blooming.
  • Humidity: 65–80%; ensure good air movement around the roots and foliage to prevent rot.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to partially dry between waterings; avoid prolonged waterlogging at the root zone.

Additional Notes

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix or mounted on cork for optimal root aeration. Shipped bare root in well-established condition, ready to settle into your collection.
