A fragrant hybrid of Rlc. Toshie Aoki 'Encore' × C. dowiana, this intermediate-growing Cattleya alliance orchid produces two or more large blooms per spike with exceptionally broad, flat petals and a wide, ruffled lip with a richly veined, striped throat — a hallmark of its C. dowiana parentage. The flowers display outstanding substance and a commanding, classic Cattleya form.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–50% shade cloth; avoid harsh midday sun to protect the broad, flat petals.
• Temperature: 58–75°F (14–24°C); an intermediate grower that requires a distinct cool night drop to initiate and sustain blooming.
• Humidity: 60–80%; maintain consistent humidity with a tray or misting, especially during dry seasons.
• Watering: Water thoroughly 1–2 times per week and allow the medium to approach dryness between waterings; good air circulation around the roots is essential.
