Racinaea crispa red form is a cool-growing bromeliaceae species of the genus Racinaea, grown and propagated at our nurseries in Ecuador.

  • Light: Bright to moderate indirect light.
  • Temperature: It prefers days of 15-24 °C (59-75 °F) and cooler nights around 10-15 °C (50-59 °F).
  • Humidity: High, stable humidity (70-85%) keeps the foliage in top condition; a humidifier or grouping plants together helps in dry rooms.
  • Watering: Water when the top of the substrate starts to dry; keep it lightly moist and never waterlogged.
