Information

Anthurium Ingrid's Crystal x (Anth. Dr. Block F2 x NSE red Crystal)

A complex hybrid of Anth. Ingrid's Crystal × (Anth. Dr. Block F2 × NSE red Crystal), combining three crystal-type Anthurium lines selected for exceptional venation and leaf structure. New growth emerges with a striking reticulate venation pattern — bold, contrasting veins forming a mosaic network across a broad, cordate lamina — that gradually refines into a smooth, elongated-cordate leaf as it matures.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with up to 70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can fade the distinctive venation contrast.
  • Temperature: 65–80°F (18–27°C); an intermediate-warm grower that thrives with stable temperatures and good air movement.
  • Humidity: 75–90%; high humidity is essential to support full leaf development and preserve the reticulate venation detail.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of substrate begins to dry; avoid waterlogged conditions and never allow the roots to dry out completely.
  • Growth Habit: An upright grower that produces large, cordate leaves in succession, each displaying the crystal venation most vividly on new growth. The multi-generational crystal lineage concentrates ornamental venation traits from all three parents, resulting in a plant with exceptional collector appeal and strong adaptability to warm indoor conditions.

Additional Notes

Plants are shipped bare root and well-established. Upon arrival, pot immediately in a well-draining aroid mix and water thoroughly to rehydrate the root system. Allow the plant to acclimate in a humid, shaded environment for 1–2 weeks before introducing to its permanent growing conditions.
