All of the leaves were yellow, brown, and crispy. The roots were dry and starting to rot. Emailed them about a possible refund if the plant does not survive with no response, although had no problems getting a reply prior to receiving my order.

Plant I received was large. Unfortunately, I think this is one of the picky ones when it comes to shipping. Out of the five plants I had shipped, this one had the most root damage. I’m going to try to reroot and see if I can save it.

This is so pretty, but even though I tried everything it’s down to a chunk in less than a week and a half. I don’t even think it has usable nodes even. I don’t think this will make it at all. Contact them as soon as I got it, because it looked bad and I was given no customer service tbh.

The plant I received had 4/5 leaves and healthy rootball. One thing that many people donít mention is the sheen on the leaves which is unreal in real life conditions. Satin/velvety leaves reflecting light in such manner it catches eye in just a glimpse. I can definitely recommend to get one if you donít already have it.

It came in good shape, nice size, with few wet leaves though so these had to be trimmed down. Roots were nice. Plant acclimatised very well, gave me a new leaf soon after arrival. The plant is absolutely stunning.
