    I received the plant with 2 yellowed leaves and no new shoots.. i had sent them 2 emails regarding this issue and was totally been ignored.. i donít think it right to sell and sent unhealthy plants to customer. Very bad experience with poor customer service.

    The plant was shipped to me with another plant which arrived in perfect health. This one sadly didn¥t. It had two Leaves, one was already yellowing and felt mushy. Wen i unpacked the roots they literally just fell off. The rest oft them could be easily pulled off, until there were no roots left. I placed the stem in some moss and had hopes, that it might grow roots again. The scond leaf of course died shortly after. I ordered this in August of 21. I still have the stump, still no roots or leaves showing. It is starting to rot too. Ordered another one of those plants because i really love the look of them and hopefully this time i have more luck.

    Came in with yellow leaf, which died after a week. However it has pushed one a new leaf in 2 weeks, and a second leaf is on its way in slightly over a month.

    I have purchased this philodendron with very poor root system. Those 2 leaves turned very yellow and died a week later. The ecuagenera wouldn’t not get me a replacement. I guess this will be the last philodendron I will buy from them.

    It arrived with tree leafs two damaged due to root rot! One leaf is on the way but since I cut away all roots I expect the remaining leafs to die away too. But I’m counting on it bouncing back stronger since it lol acclimate in my conditions. I treated it with water and hydrogen peroxide solution, let it callous , sprinkled with cinnamon and potted in spagnum moss.. Fingers crossed for I love this species very much!

    It was actually bigger and way better condition as I expected. Acclimatised nicely and since it emerged a new leaf. So far no pests which is my biggest worry as I have read this plant could be a spider mite magnet. But so far so good.

    This has been my worst import from Ecuagenera. Arrive with three of four leaves yellowed and all roots dead. Tried to rehab this but it ultimately rotted and died. Would not recommend purchasing this one again!

    I ordered about a dozen of plants and I couldn’t believe my eyes – they all arrived super fresh, with big developed leaves and healthy root systems. As if shipping never happened. Each plant was carefully wrapped to preserve moisture and prevent rot. This plant is a picky shipper and the leaves on mine have some yellowing, despite being stiff. However, the stem looks very sturdy and it has lots of good roots, so I’m not worried about it. Just be ready for this and wait for new leaves to grow.

    I was a little hesitant to buy this plant because of prior reviews but decided to try it anyway. I was surprised that I not only received this plant with very health roots, but also super huge leaves – the biggest leaf was around 20cm long! 🙂

    Bought a few of these and almost all of them lost their leaves. They arrived in good condition, but their leaves started yellowing as soon as a couple of days after I received them. However, don’t let that discourage you. Even though a couple of them are currently leafless, they’re growing more and more roots everyday and that’s good enough for me!

    After hearing so many negative comments about shipping process of Luxurian, I was really scared. But it went so well. I got three beautiful leaves without any damages, a huge new cataphyll and the roots are awesome. Looking forward to see how big these leaves are gonna be in the future.     Arrived with rot on the stem. Had to chop and remove all leaves. Currrently rehabbing. I am very experienced with aroids so I have what it takes to heal this plant, however as mentioned by another purchaser, I didnít pay $100 to rehab a plant.

    In my opinion, this plant travels badly. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Even after potting, I did not lose any leaves. She is currently making me a new leaf. As we say in the comments above, this plant is not for everyone, it really needs very good condition to recover from its journey.

    The plant came to me with yellowing leaves as it came in with 3 leaves and now there’s only one leave left. All roots were rotted and then the base of the stem were rotted too so I had to chop it off. Now I’m trying to re-root it again. I didn’t pay a 100 to buy a plant that I have to re-root again and hope to God that it doesn’t rot on me.

    One of the most beautiful plant within aroids. Everyone is envious about that plant when he or she sees it in my collection. Hard to find a good specimen. I would recommend it for advanced collectors because it’s hard to acclimatize it to new conditions after shipment. Mine survived and now it’s the apple of my eye. Thank you Ecuagenera

    This is the plant I was most excited about in my order. I have wanted a P.Luxurians for awhile now. It arrived and I instantly got worried. It had 3 leaves. One I knew I would lose as it looked rough… The other 2 I hoped would last but they did not and died with in a week. The stump is fine and I am hoping that it will produce a new leaf soon but its been about a month now and still waiting. I am guessing this one does not ship well and just make sure you are prepared to rehab it. I can not wait for it to come back and look beautiful

    First, I’m so happy to have this plant. However, the two leaves it came with slowly died off within the first two weeks. Luckily there is still a point of growth for a new leaf that is slowly growing. Once that comes in I know it will be stunning and healthy.

    Luxurians are often fuzzy, so mine lost all of its leaves but it’s growing roots very fast. So it will be fine. Also, check your plant for pests. Mine had some, but after treating it, they were gone in a week.

    It shipped beautifully and seemed to be doing great. It even had a growing leaf… but it died unfurling. Thinking it was the shock of shipping, I kept caring for it while it acclimated, but it never did. Ended up like a leafless cutting, and finally rotted away… I don’t even know how it all happened so fast!! These should come with a warning…

    Unfortunetly this is the second one i bought. Neither one made it. I dont know why they ship so bad. The leaves were wilted and the roots and all the bottom were rotted. Im assuming the weather change. I honestly dont know. I honestly just dont recommend shipping to the US

    This has been my worst arrival so far; It seems like it would have shipped okay except for the way it was packaged the leaves were all broken. I am hoping it rehabs okay but it seems to not be doing much of anything after a few weeks whereas my other velvet philos are rebounding nicely. Fingers crossed for this one!
