Out of the four anthuriums I picked up from Seattle pop up, this one is my favorite! Medium size plant with truly excellent and extensive root system. My plant has 4 smaller leaves and 1 medium sized leaf. The veining on the leaves on close up looks like tiny silver sparkles, excellent contrast to the dark velvety leaf color. Excellent purchase!

The plant did good in shippement, the root system is perfect, while the leaves are dehydrated and stay a little bit wonky. But the plant is easy to acclimate, the new leaf comes out from it is perfect and much larger! Really beautiful!

To be clear: i’ts not the same as a normal anthurium crystallinum. Its veins are way more glossier and the texture way more velvetier. I bought this plant in the nursery in Germany as it was available there. And gosh, it looked so beautifully. I had to buy it. 1. Root system – unbelievable top 2. The leaves are super healthy It was worth to pay few bucks more for this plant. My favourite form all plants so far.

I did not know if this would be much different than a heritage crystallinum, but it is! The emergent leaves go though a beautiful color plectrum with mustard and rusty colors. I had no idea that it would do that. A n average sized plant that just pushed out a 14’ leaf. I am excited to see how big it will get. Excellent quality.
