    This was 1 of 10+ plants i ordered with expedited shipping. It is 2 1/2 months later. This plant arrived, bigger than what I expected, nice sized and healthy root system. This one was not phases in the least with being shipped. Within 3 weeks it had pushed out a new leaf and the root system is insane at this point. I could have put it in a bigger pot when it arrived but did not want to risk rot issues after shipping but as of tommorow I have to pot it up a size because that is how wildly the root system has taken off. So very very happy with this beauty. A big, strong and beautiful anthurium

    The plant came in perfect condition – roots healthy, leaves healthy, after only a week it started growing. Only the size of the seedling surprised me a little, because the size of the plant is quite small for a “normal” size – more like a small size. However, it is beautiful and is already growing, so overall I am very satisfied.

    This is definitely one of my favorite Anthurium varieties. The green with the red backsides & stems are absolutely gorgeous so when I took the plant out of the bag I was a bit dissatisfied that the only 2 big leaves were both damaged due to shipping. However its still a healthy specimen. Roots are beautifully white. I think Ecuagenera could do a little better job protecting the delicate leaves with Polyfil.     Healthy roots with sign of rot. The leaves arrived in good condition unfortunately the next morning I lost the newest bigger leaf due to cold damage. The package was 2 days with the post from Germany to Austria and had a heat pack. It was unfortunately not enough, so I removed 1star. Otherwise the plants are all fine. So I’m still very happy.     Though this isn’t a true Besseae, this “aff” form deserves its own identification. It is gorgeous. This plant arrived healthy with absolutely no leaf damage. The plant I was shipped had a substantial root system with no sign of any die off. I am very please with this stunning specimen. If you like dark, lush, velvety leaves then this one is not a plant you should miss out on.

    Plant arrived fast to Lithuania without damages to leaves. Roots are very decent and health to support plant adaptation and thurther growth. It’s been 3rd week of adaptation in my conditions (60-65% humidity, 12 h under full spectrum growth light) all good so far. Actually plant is pushing out “flower” already. Love this plant coz of luxury deep green leaves.

    I bought it with El Choco during the sale and arrived in Italy safely for 3 days. The mine was a little smaller than expected with two leaves and healthy roots. But , as I commented elsewhere, this shouldn’t be too discouraging if the plants you receive are large or small, more or less leafy, or yours aren’t better than expected. Almost random luck. Anyway my plants are small but healthy roots system and good condition.

    This is by far the most gorgeous plant I own. It’s sparkly and iridescent and every time I look at it I notice something new. The plant I got arrived small, with only three leaves and a very small, but healthy, root system. It took longer to acclimate than the other imports, but suffered minimal damage from shipping, losing only the tip of the largest leaf. It’s been a month since it arrived, and it is just starting to put out a new leaf, I’m excited to see how this plant develops! This is an excellent plant! So underrated!

    This anthurium besseae aff came in wonderful condition with two leaves and plent of healthy roots. I would say it resembles the photo on the listing very closely in terms of size. Leaves are beautiful and dark, and the shape is so charming. Really happy with my purchase. Plant has been potted up and looking happy the past few weeks. For reference, I’m in California and opted for the upgraded shipping when asked.

    Got this plant in good condition and a decent size (largest leaf 15cm long). It has since been a fast grower and the leaf jumps are IMPRESSIVE! Within 6 months it has produced 5 new leaves, with the most recent leaf now 70cm long! Very fast grower! The leaves are still longer than wider and are in between the adult shape and the juvenile shape (with which it arrived). The newly forming leaves are very pale green (almost ghost-like) and have a metallic sheen to them. Really stunning! Only added it to my order due to the friendly price tag, but it truly turned out to be high up rank with my more sought-after king, queen and regal anthuriums and whatever you call them.

    My order arrived 8 days late with freezing temps (even with Express upgrade) and amazingly, there were no leaves lost. About half of the roots were lost, but it’s already putting out a new leaf. It did come quite a bit smaller than the photos which was slightly disappointing. Still a good value though

    I must say, this anthurium travels very well. Last month I had 3 arrive in my shipment, which arrived 8 days late and they were looking surprisingly well. The roots took a blow, but will bounce back. 2 of the 3 lost no foliage. 1 of them had immaculate foliage but no roots, so now after 2 weeks in acclimation it is dropping all the leaves, which is sad. I give 4 stars for how sturdy this travels.
