Warczewiczella discolor f. alba 'Bianchi'

Warczewiczella discolor f. alba 'Bianchi' Culture

Warczewiczella discolor f. alba 'Bianchi' belongs to the genus Warczewiczella and comes from our own propagation in Ecuador. It is an intermediate-to-warm orchid.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light, out of direct midday sun.
  • Temperature: Day temperatures of 22-30 °C (72-86 °F) with a gentle drop at night to 18-22 °C (64-72 °F) suit it best.
  • Humidity: Aim for 60-80% humidity year-round, always paired with good air circulation.
  • Watering: Water regularly during active growth, allowing the medium to begin drying between waterings. Reduce slightly during the cooler months.

Additional notes: 'alba' in the name denotes its white color form, a departure from the usual coloring of the species that collectors especially look for.
