Anthurium panamense (seedling)

Anthurium panamense (seedling) Culture

Anthurium panamense (seedling) is an Anthurium aroid hybrid grown at our nurseries in Ecuador. Like most of its genus it appreciates intermediate conditions and steady, attentive care.

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Direct sun can scorch the velvety foliage.
• Temperature: Day temperatures of 20-28 °C (68-82 °F) with a gentle drop at night to 15-20 °C (59-68 °F) suit it best.
• Humidity: High, stable humidity (70-85%) keeps the foliage in top condition; a humidifier or grouping plants together helps in dry rooms.
• Watering: Water when the top of the substrate starts to dry; the mix should stay lightly moist, never waterlogged.

Additional notes: Like all aroids, it is considered toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children.
