This is a select cross of Cattleya maxima, bred specifically to enhance the rare coerulea (blue-tinged) color of this large-flowered species. Native to the Andean Mountains of South America, this cross exhibits exceptional size and shape, producing flowers with striking blue lips and petals.

  • Light: Provide bright, indirect light, targeting 21,500 to 32,300 lux. Leaves should be medium-green; very dark leaves mean insufficient light. Protect the plant from direct midday sun.
