Lepanthes Miva

A floriferous primary hybrid of Lths. telipogoniflora × Lths. helicocephala, bearing remarkably large flowers for the genus on spiraling ramicauls. Each bloom features an erect, acuminate dorsal sepal, broad fused lateral sepals forming an open hood, and a small contrasting lip.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun exposure to protect the foliage and ramicauls.
• Temperature: 55–72°F (13–22°C); an intermediate-warm grower that performs well under stable indoor conditions with moderate nighttime drops.
• Humidity: 75–90%; maintain consistently high moisture with good air circulation to prevent fungal issues.
• Watering: Keep roots evenly moist; water frequently in small amounts and avoid prolonged dryness between waterings.

Additional Notes

Best grown mounted on cork bark with fine sphagnum moss or in a small net pot in a humid enclosure. An excellent candidate for terrarium culture. Ships bare root, well-established.
