Tolumnia Jairak Firm 'Koromo'

A floriferous hybrid of Tolu. Rainbow × Tolu. Plush, producing branched inflorescences densely set with small flowers featuring a broad, rounded, ruffled labellum and narrow, reflexed sepals and petals. The 'Koromo' clone is notable for its prolific spike production and the striking contrast between the wide, ornate lip and the slender lateral segments.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; adequate light is essential for consistent flowering and compact pseudobulb development.
• Temperature: 60–82°F (16–28°C); thrives as a warm to intermediate grower with a slight temperature drop at night to initiate spike production.
• Humidity: 50–70%; good air circulation combined with moderate to high humidity prevents fungal issues on the compact foliage.
• Watering: Water frequently during active growth, allowing the roots to dry briefly between waterings; reduce slightly in winter but never allow the fine roots to desiccate completely.

Additional Notes

Best grown mounted on cork bark or in a small basket with minimal medium to ensure excellent drainage and air flow around the roots. Shipped bare root, well-established.
